Adrian Mutu scored on his return from injury but it was not enough to prevent Fiorentina from going down to a 2-1 loss at Napoli.
Mutu gave the Viola a half-time lead but second half goals from Marek Hamsik and former Fiorentina winger Christian Maggio ensured all three points remained in Naples.
